90s fashion has definitely been trending for awhile. It's not the flashy 90s most people recognize, but mostly the bland "normcore" style. Think of Seinfeld. Basically high waisted jeans, plain top, and sneakers. Of course there are some tragic parts of 90s fashion, but people are able to recognize this and only pick the best and minimal styles of the time.
