That fake cover is wrong its The Cataracs Feat. Dev (Not the other way around) although its unclear if Dev is actually a part of the Cataracs, or if she will be when they release their first album.
In The Catarcs first official video (Club Love) Dev doesnt sing but appears in the video, In "Bass Down Low" and "Top of the World" (Which is also hot and a must download) Dev is featured, but The Cataracs are the ones behind the writing of the lyrics and the production of these songs. These guys are also the ones responsible for making Far East Movement known world-wide with the track they wrote and produced for them: "Like a G6" which of course also features Dev in the chorus.
If you liked this track you should also check Dev´s first solo track (Again produced by The Cataracs): Booty Bounce. That one CAN be called a DEV track

As I said in other threads, Dev is NOT trying to be UFFIE or PEACHES, its just The Cataracs approach to music: dope electro-hop, black sounding with a fair ammount of auto-tune with the whole objective of doing non-pretensious fun club bangers.
