Like say you're out and about and it's crowded with lots of people etc. do you sometimes or normally panic?

This happens to me sometimes because I just get a bit scared for some reason. All sorts of people in front of you, beside you, behind you then you feel afraid that you might trip over someone, hurt someone by accident and so on. I just get a bit dizzy.

Yes unfortunately, I have some bad anxiety that's usually under control.

one in particular happened because i was overthinking things in my life which made me panic and then i couldnt stop panicking because i was too focus on what made me panic in the first place and then boom panic attack

I get nervous around crowds and people I don't know but I've never had a panic attack, thankfully.

At least once every 2 weeks, it's scary! I once had to pull over in my car and scream it out, I got looks but I rather get those looks them hurt myself and someone else on the road or worst bubbles because I cry when I scratch my beauitful baby.

But yeah it comes with my Aniexty attack too.. It's horriable because you're heart pumps like crazy and then you can barely breathe
