Hey everyone I love Kesha and I know a lot of members on here do as well. I was just wondering .. I know all the court case situation is going on e.t.c e.t.c but does anyone know if there is any way at all Kesha can give us music? Like can't she polish demo's and release them via soundcloud or just make a mixtape under a different name??? I'm quite confused why she can't release music in a different way? I know she obviously can't/don't want to release under the label she's on atm but is there anyway she can some what cheat the system?

No, she cannot release anything at all, even if it's just covers. She cannot upload to Soundcloud or simply release demos. She could technically release stuff under a different name and simply not publicly lay any claim to it, but I believe it would still be in breach of her contract + she would be in massive trouble if her label found out.

Her cover with Zedd was confirmed to be released "officially", Zedd stated that they did not go through any loopholes to release it and instead went through the "usual" channels to do so.

Why can't she leak the material she wrote

It's such a wacky and sick contract - she can't write and create her own damn stuff and release it? What kind of slavers' bonds??
