Like, I just finished a drama show, the ending was so ****ing tragic, sad and emotional. The male got hit by a car, he laid on the road for few seconds, people came to wake him up but he didn't answer until few seconds later he woke up. He remembered his girlfriend told him to come back to her if he needs a "home". Then he got on his motorbike, wore his helmet which his girlfriend gifted him. Then he rode as fast as he could to his GF's house, and like, he was almost there, the female saw him coming but tragically, the male choked blood from his mouth splashing inside the helmet while still on his motorbike... He fell off the motorbike, the female got to him, held him in her shoulders and he said he came a little late, he said he wanted to protect the female as he always promised and he moaned the female not to cry. The show ends with his death.

I'm posting this thread like I'm so sad over those sad endings OMG... I mean, life is not always pinky, like whatever we want but it was just so sad

I LOVE some drama. Happy endings are usually boring.

The Notebook, Toy Story 3.... Yes they are hard to endure but they're done to leave a lasting impact on the viewer

Titanic's ending is so happy though. I guess it is sad if you interpret it as her going to sleep every night and reuniting with Jack but even that is still beautiful. It's a reunion she always longed for and they showed you how much she grew as a person thanks to Jack (achieving all of her dreams, learning to ride a horse, becoming an actress, etc.).

I hate sad endings, every movie deserves a happy ending There's supposed to be a happy ending, that's what movies are for, otherwise it ruins the entire experience for me and I now hate that movie/series. And if there's no happy ending, I will boycott the movie/series. And I'll complain about it all of the internet to express my feelings. Begging them to change it to a happy ending.

I hate any ending tbh. I finally finished Buffy the Vampire Slayer earlier this year and didn't know what to do for a couple of hours.
