Correct me if I'm wrong (definitely could be) but wasn't he the one taking pay cuts in order to make sure LeBron and Bosh would fit within the Heat cap space? He brought Miami three rings: was the finals MVP and the reason they came back from that 2-1 deficit to win it + was unselfish enough to take two pay cuts in order to get two super stars over and win two more rings. This man deserved more respect from the organization, in my opinion but I understand they care more about their pockets than what they're players have done for them.
And this is coming from a Dallas fan who was more than perturbed at some of D-Wayde's off-court actions towards Dirk during the 2011 finals.
