Yeah, when Ke$ha and 3OH!3 First came out I thought they were the future of electro-pop, but then Ke$ha followed her success and 3OH!3 didnt, and The Catarcs came out with "Club Love" which I automaticaly loved.
Club love didnt break out in the mainstream, so there was no album released for the Cataracs, and then they produced "Like a G6" with Dev singing the chorus and It became a smash for Far East Movement, IMO mainly because of the production of The Cataracs.
Then The Catarcs released Bass Down Low (Also featuring Dev):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlCKoy_6Qtc which IMO is better than Club Love, and now they´ve produced this track for Dev (they also appear on the video for a couple of secs).
I think that The Cataracs will break out in the mainstream really soon and that they will become what 3OH!3 was supposed to become, only that The Catarcs music has more rapping and hip hop mixed with electro. (Electro-Hop)
