It's an 8/10 for me. The moderators are really nice and talk to me. It's nice knowing that ATRL is managed by approachable people who participate in threads like regular members And from what I've heard, the system is much better than it used to be. I guess they're harsh sometimes but if it means that the community doesn't fall apart, it's fine.
On a serious note, probably a 7/10. It must be really tiring dealing with help requests, HQ (rip), moderating the forum, angry members never being satisfied plus wanting to join in discussions etc. As well as having a personal life. I have my favourite mods and then there's the others who just use their power to embarrass members.

That and a harsh thread ban that was so long ago it doesn't even matter. 
And from what I've heard, the system is much better than it used to be. I guess they're harsh sometimes but if it means that the community doesn't fall apart, it's fine.
