Just write a confidential/anonymous note and put it in her backpack/schoolbag. If you love her as a friend, do not let her continue without realizing it. Most people fail to realize the bad breath.

Just tell them. If you're friends, you should be able to say it in a way that doesn't offend them. Joke around about it with them or something.

Why not just tell her? If its that bad then there might be something wrong with her.

This is actually a very smart idea I'm going to have someone write the note for me since she would notice my handwriting.

Not a friend, but a co-worker of mine has unpleasant breath. He's a cool guy, though. I just usually keep my distance when we talk.
