1 - Yes I usually remove 'Deluxe' or 'Special Edition' from the album title
2 - Depends on how it looks
3 - I always remove 'feat.'s from the song title
4 - I used to leave the 'feat's for artists but now I remove them since it looks better without, and usually I only have the song because of the main artist anyway
5 - For duets I just use the artist whose album its on. Example - "When You Believe" is just Whitney Houston because I have her album 'My Love Is Your Love', I already know that Mariah is on it and none of her albums (apart from Greatest Hits) have the song so I leave it as just a Whitney track
6 & 7 - I never keep 'single' or 'EP' in the title, I already know what it is
8 - I always use the correct cover art for the edition of the album I own (if I can find a good quality picture of it)

I keep it simple:

- Name of the song (I don't follow the capitalization rules and I keep the subtitles)
- Singer
- Album (no Deluxe Edition/Platinum Edition/Single/Ep crap)
- Year (of the standard release)
- No explicit tags (but I prefer the explicit version of the song)
- No featuring/duet tags
- No stars/love rating
- I use the standard cover except when deluxe represents the album better/the standard is really ugly
- All songs of the era goes inside the album after the standard/original tracklist: bsides, bonus tracks, deluxe tracks, japan bonus tracks, remixes, acoustics etc
- I don't change the order of the songs in the standard and deluxe tracklist
- Always the full standard album, I don't delete songs in the album

- For the cover I use PNG 500x500 (old last.fm pattern)
- For the songs I use ALAC and AAC 256 for iTunes exclusives/songs that aren't released in lossless

I take out any (featuring) in the song title and artist. Last.fm doesn't merge collab's so it's kind of pointless to tag Beyonce ft. Slim Thug when it just creates a "new" artist, when Beyonce doesn't get the scrobbles.

I remove it from the title of the song because people tag it differently and it gets super messy. I once visited an artist's page and one song had like over 5 versions, when in reality Last.fm could've merged them all and had a total plays instead of separately.

I leave albums with whatever. I don't think Last.fm is very picky with the album charts. I care more about song and artist.

I capitalize everything. This Song Is About You is for example.

I try to have a healthy, clean Last.fm. Although sometimes Last.fm messes up and changes what you tag.

I keep everything as it is on Apple Music.

I use the official versions only, but if it's bad enough, I'll use fanmade. Sometimes I edit the official covers like the colors to get better iTunes colors, or to remove PA stickers because I hate PA stickers.

PNG takes up more space than JPG and 600x is the iTunes default, it'd look ****** on (for example) a 6S. I had to use 1400x for a while.

I also include composer (people who wrote the song) information, add explicit tags (with MP3TAG on Windows - free). I removed Encoded With, add copyright information.

I really hate the iTunes Mastered tags, when I try to put songs that aren't mastered in the same album. You can keep the effect and remove the tag, thank god.
