Nah, I just think he drew them for fun and she noticed it.
But I would LOVE for her to wear the 1st and 3rd one (especially the 3rd tho

Check the guy's instagram, on his bio it says he's a fashion illustrator and designer, I highly doubt it's fan art

They all look great except for the second outfit. Her legs aren't long enough for it. It'd make her look younger which she doesn't need tbh.
The rest look flawless though, especially the third and fourth. She's going to slay, I can feel it.
