Woman attacks news crew, hurls racial slurs at reporter

An Iowa reporter is drawing praise after she stayed calm under pressure when a stranger assailed her with hateful racial epithets during a newscast.
Emmy Victor of KCCI was on scene Tuesday reporting on an officer-involved shooting in Boone when an angry woman approached screaming.
In the shocking footage, Victor — who is black — can be seen backing up as a woman shouts, “Get the **** out of here you stupid ****ing ******.”
Victor tries asking the woman not to call her that — but the woman wheels around and begins yelling again before putting her hands on the unperturbed reporter.
She continues cursing and hurling invectives before eventually pushing over the tripod, only leaving when another woman escorts her away.
yikes why do people get so angry at newspeople doing their jobs?
Well tha crackhead lady said something along tha lines of "i told you he was dead, don't tell me you don't know."
News anchors, just like paparazzi provoke people alot. Yeah it's their job but they need to know when to back off too. For their own safety. They see how ******* crazy this lady went.
That lady is professional as hell tho. That old rat would have gotten all of these hands
But after watching the video they said she is the mother of the man shot and killed, maybe she was just going through the process of grieving and lashed out against the reporter. That's still no excuse for what she said but I understand why
