People can sumbit screenshots and the admins of that tumblr/ fans of that blog dig up that persons information and than contact to there place of work, most of the time resulting them in getting fired.They update if the person has been busted or not. Do you agree with them? do you think people should be fired for making bigotry comments on social media?

Seems a bit sketchy, finding all this personal information. But I do not feel sorry for the racists losing their jobs. Too many people say terrible things while hiding behind the anonymity of the internet. Serves them right

No, somebody making racist comments on social media reflects badly on whoever they work for and they should be punished for it, maybe not fired though that's a little extreme.

It's actually really nice to see people held accountable for things written on social media, so I'm down for it.

If they do something stupid like say "n***a" without knowing its implications of it or do "micro aggressions", no. But most of the people posted on that site seem like they deserved it. You can be fired for things you say publicly on the Internet

If he works in a hospital, use his real name + email address and works in HR (where they screen a candidates social media to find inappropriate stuff like that) then he deserves to be fired for being that stupid

For getting them fired, no. Exposing their personal info such as adress, phone numbers, etc., yes.

I'm surprised some of you guys haven't heard of this. I remember there was this racist from the UK making nasty comments about Tiffany (GIF queen) and saying stupid watermelon jokes. He was from one of those boring small towns nobody has heard of and someone somehow managed to find his workplace along sent receipts of his tweets to his workplace before he deleted them and he left Twitter for like two weeks and lost his job! The racists getting fired and the homophobes getting exposed makes me kiiii.
