people were still arriving, there was tons of traffic and a lot of people stayed at home because of the current situation in Britain.
By the end of the show, the stadium was 80% filled.

actually it looks like there are thousands of people there. its just not full.

Wembley stadium has a 80-90k capacity. Only ~40k tickets were sold. That's not 80%. That's barely half of it.
