This is just truly sick. A father with a violent history of abusing his young daughter has been found guilty of killing her - and what's more sick is that the mother is being convicted for perverting the course of justice!!! That poor girl really did have no chance.
At 2.46 they called for an ambulance each screaming in a distressed state down the phone as if the tragic events had only just begun to unfold.
But in actual fact Butler and Gray had spent the previous hour attempting to plot a devious cover up while their daughter lay dead.
In one of the most chilling twists of the case Butler and Gray attempted to cover their tracks by sending Ellie's younger sibling to discover her body, something for which the child has had to undergo therapy.
Taking over an hour to sentence these hoes. They going ta jail fer a long time.

The BBC's Gaetan Portal says the judge in the Ben Butler trial has indicated sentencing of him and his partner Jennie Gray, which is just beginning, could take up to an hour.
I remember seeing the CCTV of the "mother" rushing home from work to cover the crime up. Horrible.
Sometimes I wonder wtf is going on some peoples head to commit such heinous crime.
Even her own mom being in on it, the one who carried her for 9 mos.
