I'm not talking where romance is at the center. But take a movie like Star Wars where Han and Leia budding relationship is there but isn't that important to the overarching plot. Or maybe Harry Potter 4 when all the students are looking for dance but instead make some of them seek out a same-sex partner.
You know where the romance is a sub-plot? And I want the goodies, not no D-list movies.
But maybe Billy Elliot?
Since Billy & Michael's relationship wasn't really a huge part of the story (though not sure if it should be described as a "gay romance" )
This film was really a part of me realizing that I'm gay.. I thought Billy was cute and I loved Michael's story
