For music artists, do vocal range matters. Don't you take any artist seriously if they're not incredible singers? Do you easily stan for singers with excellent vocal abilities?
I'm really not a fan of singers who always display their vocal ability. And some of my friends find it weird that I prefer country and folk instead of soul.
For other songs/artists, I don't really care as long as the music is good. But for me to stan you, you have to be the full package which includes phenomenal vocals.
Vocals are the last thing I'm checking for. As long as the audio engineer made sure the vocals were on key, then I don't really care. I'd rather have an interesting production or thoughtful/creative lyrics.
I stan for the complete package. If a SINGER can't SING, then I will NEVER stan for that 'artist'. I may like their songs, but I won't even think about attending their concerts or stanning for them. They don't deserve support whatsoever, better give the songs to actual singers. I'm okay with stanning for 'okay' singers, but not bad singers like S*l**a.
If a singer has excellent vocal talent, then that's a huge bonus if I like their music (I'll stan). If I don't like the music, life goes on and pay them with respect.
Vocals dont really matter to me. i mean, is it a plus if you can sing amazing live? yeah sure. but that doesnt mean everything. there's ALOT of singers with one of a kind voices that make not so great music.
i only care if the music is what i enjoy and slays me. if the music slays, i couldnt give a damn if you can sing 'incredible' live all the time or whatever.
