A teenage internet star who groomed underage boys and girls and sexually touched them has been spared jail.
Tom Laywood, 18, threatened to ’embarrass’ victims if they didn’t comply.
He had more than 40,000 subscribers to his now-deleted YouTube channel, and would lure youngsters to his home.
Laywood, from Swanwick in Derbyshire, pleaded guilty to three counts of inciting underage boys to engage in sexual activity yesterday.
He also admitted two similar counts involving underage girls as well as forcing a minor to watch a sex act.
Laywood was given a 12-year community order and a five-year sexual harm prevention order – which means he’s not allowed to work with or contact anyone under 16 online.
‘It is perfectly clear from all of the reports that your behaviour is rooted in the conditions which you suffer and which have had a debilitating effect on your ability to judge situations.
‘You are a very intelligent young man and you have huge ability, but without going into all of the details your ability to judge situations like other young men is affected by your conditions.’
This sounds like some ******** to me don't make excuses for him
Um, hes 18 which means this all likely went down between 2-3 years ago when he himself was underage like the boys he no doubt "CONSENSUALLY" spent time with.
I'm looking hard for the problem?

The crimes took place between August 2014 and April 2015.
Again, how is he being charged for two teens hooking up?
