Feminist blames toddler, calls it white 'entitlement'
Quote:
A white Chicago-based Social Justice Warrior with 11,000+ followers on Twitter is under heavy fire after criticizing the grieving father of the toddler who was snatched by an alligator for his “white privilege.”
So wrong. But at the same time the kid who fell into the gorilla pit family's was thoroughly checked and his father's, who wasn't even there, criminal history was plastered all over every news site.
So, yeah, the way the media treats these stories...
"I'm a man and I am white and I am better than signs. No instructions can tell me, the white male, what to do!!!1!"
Ugh, people don't follow signs all the time. When you speed, you're not following a sign. When you eat food on a bus, you're not following a sign (in Aus anyway). Hell, when you use your mobile phone in a cinema, you're not following a sign.
Obviously, crocodiles are not to be messed with. But, I just do not think white privilege is the reason the father didn't follow the sign. It was probably just so his child could have fun, which unfortunately ended in tragedy.
Oh, good grief! This one has nothing to do with privilege. It was simply a horrible, freak accident. I don't even like kids, but I understand that it's virtually impossible to be 100% vigilant of them all the time especially during their terrible twos. One of my friends is going through this phase with her son now.
Let that toddler's family grieve in peace without bashing them. I'm sure their guilt is already immeasurable.
Disgusting... the faux outrage over something that is completely irrelevant to the situation. The parents LOST their CHILD, she sounds like a vile person.
