the animal abuse that's been going on these past decades is insane. these amazing, wonderful creatures don't deserve this type of treatment. i couldnt even force myself to watch the whole video, this is ridiculous and needs to be stopped.

zoos are actually very useful for endangered species but zoo shows? nah, we can live without

without zoos, most people wouldn't GAF about animals. I mean, nowadays we have Youtube, but back then, people in the USA didn't know that Pandas were that cuddly or that lions were so beautiful. Zoos were the only way for people to learn about animals up close and see them as more than fur and meat.

Hmm.. I agree w whoever said that zoos are good but zoo shows are bad. When I first watched the video I was angry at her for just being like "aw sorry buddy" but then I saw that it was all kids and tbh I don't think she could've handled it another way, freaking out could've scared the animals (even more) as well as the children, and the children being scared would've scared the animals too!

But yeah it's still really sad that this happened in the first place.
