Basically some large internet providers want to make a "basic" internet that's very slow and create different oriced packages so that certain popular websites, content, and platforms will run faster than others (Netflix, Yahoo, etc). Forcing consumers to pay more for internet instead of paying for the speed of all of your internet access, like we do now. It's stupid af.

Thank the lordt. Currently where I am you can only choose between AT&T and Comcast, and Comcast throttles the helllll out of the bandwidth.
