Will Loud be decade's biggest era by black female artist?
I MEAN THIS DECADE, 2010-2019.
I think it's a fitting time to ask this since we're getting nearer the end of this decade.
Rihanna's fifth studio album has sold, according to her base, ~6.3 million worldwide. Loud's singles, especially Only Girl, S&M and What's My Name were chart-toppers. Streaming wise, the era is impressive, especially the video streams of What's My Name, Only Girl and Man Down.
Do yall ask these questions about white women or nah?
Adele's 21 is - without any shred of doubt - this decade's biggest era by a white woman this decade. Nothing can top it, not even Adele herself. Whereas Rihanna's Loud, who knows, may be surpassed by an era we're yet to witness since it's album sales, single sales and streams are relatively easier to surpass than 21's or 25's or 1989's.
the music industry is becoming dead and redundant, so I don't see anyone having a bigger era anytime soon.
