Singers on an upward trajectory?
Let's face it, the vast majority of pop girls are declining, even if they're doing so very slowly.
Can you think of any whose album sales are actually increasing.
I thought of P!nk...
I'm Not Dead - 5 million
Funhouse - 6 million
The Truth About Love - 7 million

Selena Gomez single-wise.
EDIT: Also Taylor Swift starting with Speak Now, both album and single-wise.

Selling 3 million albuns in 2016 is like selling 5+ million in 2010/11. Not many singer can do these numbers nowadays. So it's very unlikely that the top selling artists from 4 years ago will be on a upward trajectory from now on.

Album sales is not everything.
Upward trajectory:
- Taylor Swift
- Bruno Mars
- Miley Cyrus
