Why are people even complaining about this tho??? theres only a few artists who actually sell alot now so streaming does determine the popularity

of course it does. I don't think anybody has problems with streams it's just that they seem to be weighted a bit too heavily atm. How much it matters can increase throughout the years but rn, it's a mess lol

Is SPS the same thing as including SEA/TEA which is double counting?

I still feel streaming for singles and tracks should count towards Billboard hot 100. Not understanding how it's also included as album sales.

This is the time for those complaining about Drake being #1 due to mainly free streams and Rihanna's anti remaining in top 10 based on mainly free streams to speak up.

Absolutely, in every way. Which is why I believe it's actually a great thing it now counts towards sales, rightfully so. It gives a proper measure of what people are listening to by choice and not force(ex. Radio). With that being said though I don't think albums or singles released prior to streaming counting towards sales should've been elgible for certifications. Only albums released after the fact.
