I have nine years left till I turn 30 and I'm not looking forward to it tbh. Among gay people, you will likely lose a major junk of people from you potential dating pool once you turn 30. Settling down would protect you from the loss but that's easier said than done.
How do you guys feel about this? Does 30 and beyond look scary or is it full of opportunities?

Could you explain this to me? Not saying you're wrong, necessarily, but I don't understand why this is specific to the gay community. Doesn't dating always get harder and more complicated after 30, for everyone including str8s?
I literally don't understand what point your trying to make in the OP?
Don't most people regardless of sexuality try to settle down before the age of 30 anyway, what's the problem? As you get older the single pool gets smaller obviously.
It only gets harder trying to find a sugar daddy when you're old
Not if you drink water, excersise and moisturise
OT: I'm not that girl that's on Grindr for strings-free attached sex. I prefer stable relationships anyway and you're more likely to find that amongst older gays so bring on the 30s I say!
30 is just the start of your gay life. You'll finally be in a position (career wise) where you're doing what you love and making enough money to actually travel on lavish gaycations and have a fun ass life. Also you'll be approaching your daddy years and becoming hotter by the minute!
I'm going to be 18 for at least 2 more years, so I think I'll be fine when I finally turn 30 approximately 15 years from now, after my fourth 29th birthday.
EDIT: Then again, aging is one of the few things I'm afraid of. So my answer is yes.
