They're all terribly generic and they lack names that will get them more exposure on pop radio.
She also had a lot of Taylor's fans' parents buy her singles for their children, previously, but that changed after she licked those donuts and claimed she hated America. That's another reason Taylor keeps silent on politics and social issues. Poor Ari, she should've taken notes.

She didn't release three singles this era? She released two. These two are Dangerous Woman and Into You. Dangerous Woman isn't doing poorly at all. It's heading for Top 5 (it's currently at #6) on Pop Radio and peaked at #8 on the Hot 100. The song is still gaining fast months after being released. Into You is already Top 50 on Pop Radio without even being added yet and in the Top 25 of Spotify. She isn't doing poorly at all and her singles don't lack anything...

The album doesn't sound fresh or exciting. Like she hopped on a trend that is already over/basically on its way out. Also everyone is here for riskier, more meaningful pop music (Lemonade, Anti). She has no edge and her voice isn't interesting anymore. Plus she just can't do sexy concepts. It feels forced and also uncomfortable because she looks like a child.
I'm not a hater, I have the album. I'm just not shocked that she is flopping. She has so much potential she needs to do more J-Pop/K-Pop experimental pop imo. That voice can do so much and she could really make some songs of the century if she stopped working with uninspired producers and tried something different/cutting edge.
