Discussion: Are you bored with music lately?

I am.
I'm not a fan of this Urban, Trap music trend that is going on in the last few years i just feel like it's boring.
Like i miss 2010-11 when the charts were ruled by pop girls and fun and colorful pop songs.
Now even Ariana can't get a pop hit

Yea, that's why I listen to more Kpop than Western music lately. I find them more interesting.

Actually I'm not. Streaming and Spotify in particular make it really easy for me to find music that I like albeit the music is not released by commercial pop stars.

It's been way better than 2013-2015, but compared to the noughties most mainstream music is just dull.

I'm never bored with music. There's so much of it out there.

If you're talking about mainstream pop music, I've been bored of it since 2013, but this year has been pretty decent thanks to ANTI and Dangerous Jesus

k-pop has more than satisfied me. you got artists releasing back to back every week and dropping albums, videos, performances, interviews ON THE SAME DAY. so im being kept satisfied in all departments.

even with western music, we've had MASTERPIECES get released. ANTI, Lemonade, Dangerous Woman, & more. music is more alive than ever atm, you just gotta open your eyes to music besides what your faves release.
