A bit of a stretch to say North Korea does.
And let's say North Korea officially supports Trump. They're doing it because Trump is doing what people want the US to do. Stay out of other countries and lower its military budget.
So either the US keeps to itselfs, and China takes control of Asia like it wants. North Korea attacks South Korea like it wants. Japan can't help since it's cant and doesn't want a military. East Asia goes into chaos because of a power vacuum.
