Check for updates:
For PC Users just go to Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update. iTunes 11 should be on there; it was for me, and I'm updating right now.
For Mac Users: Check for software updates on your Mac and iTunes 11 should be available to download from there
ugh not really looking forward to the new iTunes to be honest, looks like they've simplified it a little TOO much. I'm not sure why everyone has always hated it, I love iTunes!

It's one of the most hated yet prolly most used apple product. I hope they've lessened the footprint so it doesn't feel like you're carrying a ton of bricks every time you open it.
They're taking forever... That can pump out new products at light-speed now (see iPad 3rd gen -> iPhone 5 -> iMac 13 in retina -> iPad Mini/iPad 4th gen), but they can't get the software right...
Hopefully they fix the problems with connecting ipod touches. Every once in awhile it'll give the error message that it can't read it and has to factory restore it, and the only way of fixing it is to restart your computer which is inconvenient.
