Yeah wow, this performance is either a blatant copy of Gaga, or, it's become clear that Ke$ha is an even more over-the-top parody of pop music than Gaga is. The dancing military feminine men, the break in the middle for Ke$ha to ostensibly show off her skills on an instrument, the choreo... The only thing that's not Gaga-like is the backup singers who take over while she dances.
Video quality is not the best and when I saw the costumes I thought it was girls. 
The red lips suit her so well!
This is making me sad.
