"4" has more quality and is more polished. But contrary to popular belief, "BEYONCÉ" is more radio-friendly than "4," despite being more of a mixed bag of ideas. "BEYONCÉ" also lacks the pristine vocals that Beyoncé is known for and that is present on "4" -- the voice cracking in the track "XO," for example. "4" and "BEYONCÉ" are made for two different types of fans.
