On 1 April 2007 the band announced on their official website that the new title of the album was Faster Harder Nightwish, and that they are changing style totally, becoming "faster and harder than ever". They also showed the new cover, the band members standing in front of a burning fire. It is thought that this was an April joke due to the date and the abrubt changes of the band

The album is slated for release in September 2007.

The new vocalist will be revealed on May 30, 2007 along with the release of a new single, Eva, in which she is featured.

It was an April Fools joke :-/.
Althought that was pretty painfully obvious. If I recall, they wanted to do this new cd without a new vocalist, just using one of the guys.

It would have been cool....

I was hoping Tarja Turunen was going to return to Nightwish.
