If I remember correctly, she gasped, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. She's a democrat.

Also, in an interview during the Fearless era she was asked who she voted for because just turned 18 and that election was like 2 days before she had this interview. She didn't directly say but the reporter noted she smiled when he mentioned Obama. Plus, I remember rumors that Change was about Obama. She was even at an event hosted by Mrs. Obama around the Speak Now era and performed.
I'll add: The Mean video is pro gay, the Welcome to New York pro gay lyrics, Shes spoken at the GLAAD Awards this year, she has donated to the GoFund Me acct of a gay teen fan who was kicked out his house, she was part of the Stonewall Memorial dedication, she has supported marriage equality, she tweeted in celebration to the ruling last year, she tweeted support to the protests of both the Charleston shootings and Ferguson shootings.
