Obviously, I understand both sides, but I don't really agree with the whole "cultural appropriation" thing. It's not doing any harm to society with him wearing dreads as it's a different purpose for him, rather than trying to epitomize black culture IMO.
We're all humans, so this day and age we should all be sharing the best from our different cultures. Using a hairstyle from another culture does no harm what so ever - he's not walking around saying he invented it, and seeing someone use something from "your" culture should make you proud and not angry. She was definitely harassing him, and then pathetically saying he shouldn't put his hands on her when she was the one doing it the most (and he was just simply getting her off him) shows how much of an idiot she is.
