When did Kanye become a living Legend?
Usually artists have to die first to get any type of props
But that's not the case for Kanye
I know Jay Z reached Legend status during The Black Album.
But when did it happen for Kanye?

What kinda logic is this. You don't headline Glastonbury if no-one cares about you outside the US

Come in France and ask people if they know a song from him.
They will all answer no

He's performed in and toured that country enough times that we all know that isn't the case.
