So today I got some crappy news.

After anticipating to see both Katy and Britney in concert this fall, I was informed by my mother that I can only see one of them...even though I already purchased group tickets for both of them

Needless to say... I'm a little frustrated.



Here's the situation. For Katy, I got pretty....okay tickets near the back of the venue. These were cheaper because the more expensive option was sold out by the time I was able to buy tickets. For Britney, I got the more expensive seats and got a decent seat.

I really want to see Katy, but her opener does not interest me at all (Janelle Monae). Nicki is one of the people I want to see on her own solo tour, so naturally I am inclined to choose it.

But Katy is the love of my life.

I need your advice, gerls.

Seeing Britney live is SOMETHING ELSE. There's a certain connection she provides her audience that is simply mindblowing. I'm sorry but Katy Perry is plain out boring when put next to Britney Spears.

You would want to tell your children you went to a Britney Spears concert.

My Mother told me about her going to Madonna's concert and it was so freakishly amazing.

It's her second actually. It's her first BIG tour.

Well, I saw Katy Perry live last February and I am gonna see Britney Spears live this November, and I must say Katy's show is PHENOMENAL it's very great, BUT, I am sure Katy Perry won't stop doing shows for long, and I think Britney after this might take some LONG years out. But if I was in your situation I would choose Britney not because of this but because she is my idol and although I LOVE Katy, Britney owns my heart forever and ever, just think this way and dont regret your choice. Both concerts are phenomenal

I saw Britney's show in San Jose and it was fantastic! You will not be disappointed. Plus, you get to see Nicki, too! (But I can't believe you don't like Robyn...)

This was a majority of my reasoning too.

I think that katy will have success next tour, and that's what my mom said too. So I AM going to see her next tour 100 percent. But I don't know when Britney's going to tour next.
