Flops happen in everyones career, atleast once. But there are different reasons for each flop, Ill bring up one flop, and we can discuss why it flopped. Ill update this every day or so.
Up first:

Beyonce is too good for radio, no joke.

Too many videos at one time, Love on Top on iTunes, Party on radios. Coming off the unexcitement that was Best Thing.

I think it was single confusion/saturation.

You had Run The Word, Best Thing I Never Had, 1+1 and then comes Countdown. It was just a lot all at one time and no one could sink their teeth into it as a standalone single.

She waited too long to release it. She didn't really promote it. She doesn't have radio support.

i think the singles were released so haphazardly imo. i was really happy when BTINH had moderate success, but i think the general public was just 'confused' when she started releasing videos and songs quickly.

I love the album. But the management and promotion failed

Bad single. She should have released EOT. I am not sure if it would chart better though.

Radio didn't wanna play it... Cause theyre to busy spinning SLY SH MLJ IWR etc 20 times a day there is no variety on radio anymore they can make you or break you!

But he used that Grammy committee. Oh. That's just word on the street.

Because people always get shady and messy when it comes to radio airplay receipts. Duh.
