Gorillaz - Dirty Harry
- This song was very addictive the first few listens. For some reasons these guys made my year with their awesome dance songs. Never saw this video but listened to the song all the time.
69.
The Veronicas - 4Ever
- These girls were like two Avril Lavignes for my 2006. All of their singles made my top 100 this year, and since this one was the most retarded it comes in at #69. The video was cool, nothing big. Peaked #19 on mu hot 100.
68.
Nickelback - Savin Me
- Nickelback, the most overrated rock group of 2006. Either way their songs are strong and inspiring in a way. This one was great, the video made perfect sense and made me a little sad. Peaked #14 on my chart.
67.
Chris Brown featuring Lil Wayne - Gimme That
- The Lil Wayne version made me dislike the version a little because it made no reason for him to be in it. And also due to Wayne being in the song it only peaked #11 on my chart. Also Chris's voice is great on this track.
66.
Kelis featuring Too Short - Bossy
- I don't know one person who didn't at least like the hook to this song. "I'm bossy!" peaked #17 on my chart and made Kelis make a reasonable return. "Milkshake" was her biggest hit on my chart back in the day and so were other songs from her "Tasty" album, sadly she's too underrated.
65.
Daniel Powter - Bad Day
- When I first saw him on VH1 I thought great another James Blunt. But this song caught on very fast. It peaked only #14 on my chart because of oldness but stayed on my personal countdown for 28 days only peaking #2. Unfortunately he might not see success again here.
64.
Panic! At The Disco - I Write Sins Not Tragedies
- Would've been higher if it did better. Due to this song being overplayed it only managed a peak of #29 on my chart. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad song but again it was overplayed.
63.
Chris Brown - Yo (Excuse Me Miss)
- Wow already the 3rd Chris Brown sighting. This one peaked #12 due to how annoying his voice was on the track. Other than that I liked it.
62.
Jessica Simpson - A Public Affair
- I don't care what no one says this song was actually good. The video was hilarious, ANDY DICK <333, and she doesn't try to show off her voice on this one. Peaked #3 on my chart!
61.
Ashley Parker Angel - I'm Better
- First leaked song from this ex-OTown member, so of course I overplayed it. It peaked #7 on my chart but fell away quickly when "Let U Go" showed up, which it flopped peaking at #25 not making the top 100 of '06.
60.
Nelly featuring Paul Wall, Ali, & Big Gipp - Grillz
- I enjoyed this song because my main man Paul Wall was in it. You can't say he didn't make this song ya'll. He's like the person who started grills (j/k). Anyways it peaked #6 on my chart by luck.
59.
Alexz Johnson - 24 Hours
- Alexz from hit show Instant Star made my year with that soundtrack. I wish she was a real artist. This song managed a #29 peak, it wasn't GREAT, but decent enough to do that. Originally peaked number sixtysomething when I first charted it.
58.
My Chemical Romance - The Ghost of You
- Another 2005 song that held it's way through 2006. Peaked #20 on my chart and is my favorite rock song. That's all I have to say about this one.
57.
Justin Timberlake featuring Timbaland - SexyBack
- Okay this song really got on my nerves after a month of listening to it. But it managed to grab a week at #1 on my chart but fell super fast, seriously it fell from #1 to eightysomething in like 4 weeks. I hated it.
56.
Field Mob featuring Ciara - So What
- I don't really like Field Mob but Ciara made this song what it was. Hell even if she didn't appear in it, it probably would've still done okay. Peaked #14 on my chart.
55.
Busta Rhymes featuring Kelis & will.i.am - I Love My Bitch
- One of the best Busta songs I've heard in a while. The catchy hook, the hot video, the hot Gabrielle appearing in the video, and will.i.am's amazing production. Oh yeah Kelis too. Peaked #18 on my chart.
54.
The All American Rejects - Move Along
- Another great rock song for 2006. Overrated, but still good. The video was fun to watch and it managed a peak of #15 before falling.
53.
Chris Brown featuring Juelz Santana - Run It!
- The final Chris Brown appearance. I totally dread this song now, but it peaked #7 on my chart back in December before falling away.
52.
Danity Kane - Showstoppers
- Okay if I had it my way this would be #1 on this year's chart, but I go based on all 52 charts of my year so they couldn't make it there. But it did peak #2 on my Hot 100, "London Bridge" held them out for weeks, but still this song is amazing but "Ride For You" might not see the same success because I got tired of that song very fast, so hopefully "Want It" is 3rd because I'm really feeling that one now. Gone jiggle them keys is the best part in this song, I got the Yung Joc-less version because I don't like him.
51.
Sean Paul - Temperature
- I don't see why I liked this song it is truly terrible. I'm going to have to watch what I'm doing in 2007 so my year end won't be filled of songs I liked for a few months and moved on. But yeah this got to #10 on my chart.
