Marilyn Manson yes, not Metallica. And anyway just 2 years is not enough to place at #3. Eminem was played heavily the whole decade, but he is lower than them.

Rammstein were played hard since the beginning of the decade, not just 2005-2006. By 2005-2006 they got much less play. Their main powers were duing Ich Will, Mutter days.
