The undeniable Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul performed last night for American Express UNSTAGED directed by Adam Shankman. The Grammy Award winner took to the stage live from Los Angeles in celebration of the release of her upcoming tenth album My Life II: The Journey Continues, which is a continuation of the classic 1994 My Life album.
The diva performed My Life almost in its entirety minus a song or two(“No One Else”) then she took us on a musical journey through her timeless catalog, running through hits including “Be Without You,” “Family Affair” and more. The diva then brought us to present day, performing material from My Life II including “Mr Wrong,” “25/8″and the Nas-assisted “Feel Inside.”
