Okay, so I've had acne for about 3 years now, and I am getting really tired of it. My skin was clear my whole life with the help of just washing my face 3 times a day with warm water. However, at one point I started to get really small dots so I decided to use that Cetaphil facial cleanser. It made my acne worse, so my sister suggested the Clinique 3-step acne care system. It calmed my acne down for a while, and then it got worse so I stopped using it. After that, I tried using Proactiv. Proactiv was working amazing on my skin until a year later my acne got worse, AGAIN. And now, I am using Spectro Jel cleanser for blemish prone skin along with putting a cream called Biana topical gel every night (which my doctor has prescribed). My acne is calmed down at the moment, but I want to fully remove it.
What should I use instead of Spectro Jel? Also, are there any other tips I can do to remove my acne? Thanks so much.
EDIT: I used LUSH handmade products for acne as well.
I change my pillow case/bed sheets every week.
I shower two times a day.
I SOMETIMES eat oily foods and eat a lot of sugary stuff.
I drink about 4-8 glasses of water a day.
I wash my face 2-3 times a day.
