Beyonce- Dangerously in Love
ARTPOP is a solid album...I just think it's very hard to digest.
I will say that as an album, I think it's her least cohesive thematically...but certainly not a bad album. It's actually amazing if you sit down and take an unbiased listen to it.
The Fame had some bops, great themes, and innovative styles, but it did have a decent amount of tracks that were sub par.
Born This Way > The Fame Monster > ARTPOP = The Fame, imo.
It's not terrible.
