Calvin Harris' track This Is What You Came For has been conquering the dance charts since April.
And it's now been claimed the DJ's ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift is secretly responsible for the tune, and their relationship allegedly broke down because he 'disrespected' her after its release.
According to TMZ, the pop princess and Calvin agreed not to release it as a couple for fear it would overshadow the song, so Taylor reportedly used a pseudonym on the credits and encouraged him to record the song with Rihanna, however some claim that she isn't credited at all in the credits and she let boyfriend Calvin take the glory.
But drama struck after the song's release when the Scottish hitmaker dismissed the idea of ever working with Taylor in an interview.
Discussing the possibility of a collaboration with his then-girlfriend, Calvin told Ryan Seacrest: 'You know we haven't even spoken about it. I can't see it happening though.'
The diss was allegedly 'the breaking point in the relationship', and their split soon followed.
I could see it... although I do not think she wrote the entire song,
and isn't responsible for the OOHs which could be argued as the best part.
Calvin probably said he couldn't see them working together because she's an
obsessive psycho and they'd butt heads or let it get between them.
