Chart points are basically a conglomeration of streaming, sales and airplay.
Inverse-chart points means you get 100 points for a week at #1, 99 points for a week at #2...1 point for a week at #100. Billboard uses them when they feel lazy.

yeah, but keep in mind that all #1 positions are worth something around 400-450 points. rarely is it much smaller or much bigger. except Hello, i dont think any song is significantly over/underestimated.
for example for each week at #1 i give 450 points (which is the average points a #1 has). for each week at #100 it'd have somewhere around 40.
well Hotline Bling will 100% not be top 10. except that? idk. i think Cant Stop The Feeling, One Dance and Panda can all reach the top 10 though
Yeah I think all 3 of those songs will probably make it into the top 10. Also, the Song of the Summer (if not one of those songs) may be able to sneak into the top 15.
If you are predicting the year end top songs, your prediction will be innacurate because songs that go recurrent still are racking up points for that year.
