Certain artist have fell off the map completely within the last year.

Er... Avril already made her comeback. I don't think you can put Avril (1.3 million albums Goodbye Lullaby) with Ciara (65k albums Basic Instinct).
Avril made a successful comeback, she just needs to build on it.

I don't think Beyonce will ever have a really successful album again, but she's obviously above CiCi and Maurice success-wise.
