Bad Boy Records truly was the YMCMB of the 1990s. 
I think 'I Believe I Can Fly' got blocked by Toni's massive 'Un-Break My Heart.'

What a comeback, especially since it was already a #9 hit at it's original 1976 USA release. It's like UB40's cover of 'Red Red Wine,' a song originally released in 1983 (peaking then at #34) and re-released in 1988 (peaking at #1).
