Alt radio is starting to play this, probably will be in the alternative top 20 next week. Was it played in a commercial or something? (lately lots of songs in commercials have been doing good on that format). Also that format rarely plays female singers so this might become a smash

Yeah I heard it first in a commercial (for a Canadian television channel, I think), and immediately googled the lyrics to see what song it was. It's fantastic!
I actually heard this on the radio the other day, it sounded good but I only heard a small part (I Shazamed it). I think it was alt radio but I don't really know lol
I already posted this in the iTunes thread a few days ago, but this song just screams SMASH. Crossing over to HAC after climbing high on Alternative, already Top 100 on iTunes despite very minimal airplay, a different sound to what's been smashing yet still really catchy... I predict this will go Top 20 on the Hot 100 at the very least.
