Yes
I don't think she has one that as outsold PF but she alot of singles that had made more impact, are more remembered and loved by the GP.
Classics like Like A Prayer, Like A Virgin, Vogue, Papa Don't Preach, Hung Up, Into The Groove etc...
Well, Madonna was big decades before the digital era. Sales aren't really comparable, as the music climate has developed so much. As for impact, 'Poker Face' does not even come close. Madonna has a whole catalogue of hits that are more remembered, despite being released 10, 20, 25 years earlier... compared to 'Poker Face', which is just over 4 years old.

Tell them!
All of this.
Sales aren't comparable. Let's wait until 2040 and see if we hear Poker Face on the radio
Like it's been said here Madonna was huge before the digital era therefore her sales aren't as big as Gaga's single wise, but even in the digital age she managed to have huge hits (Hung Up, 4 Minutes)
Now in terms of impact, you're delusional if you think Poker Face is bigger than Like A Prayer, Like A Virgin, Vogue and such.
There you go.

There are no "receipts" since if you consider sales the marker point all the biggest songs in history were released after 2007, with everything before being massive flops...
