No, that's PJ Morton, and he's filling temporarily in for Jesse Carmichael (he actually toured with Maroon 5 for the whole of 2010/2011, while Jesse was still in his place before he took his sabbathical year for pursuing "healing studies"... that lovely crazy man).

PJ's got also a new album of his own called Following My First Mind which is pretty neat, and his latest single, called Lover, which is just now out on iTunes, features Lil Wayne in it
