Driver almost drowns in flash flood trying to cross underpas
Usually in Melbourne, we're used to very strange and constantly changing weather, but today was a bit different than the norm.
Yesterday, and today, the temperature reached a maximum of 36 and 37 degrees celsius (96.8 fahrenheit and 98.6 respectively), but later today, out of nowhere, a storm occurs. This took all of 1 to 2 hours to occur.
This probationary driver tries to cross an underpass that is clearly marked on the side with indicators that it is unsafe to drive through.
